- If you wish to have fillings other than regular buttercream (standard filling); such as fresh fruit, ganache, or other ideas or flavors, let Debra know, and she'll see what's possible at the time.

- All fondant cakes have a thin layer of buttercream frosting under the fondant to help the fondant adhere to the cakes. 

- Unfortunately because Debra operates out of her home, and not a commercial kitchen, there is no guarantee to be able to offer nut/peanut free options, gluten free, dairy free, or any other allergy. ​Please accept our apologies for not being able to accomodate diet restrictions.
